The Wade

I don’t know if this is normal but u can always hear the elevator all night long going up and down, Beds are hard, not my ting

The stay was great, but there was small inconvenience/issue with the front desk. The issue was resolved but didn’t receive an apology or sorry for the inconvenience that was caused by the hotel. The front desk Individual was rude and attempted to charge me extra. We had a hard time getting into the room with faulty keys, but otherwise the stay was great. Hopes this helps.

It's just hilarious that you have to listen to the elevators woosh down during your entire stay.

The staff was an amazing! From the bell man, front desk, house keeping, and dining staff.

The desk staff were helpful. The room was comfortable and the lakeside view was beautiful. It is very close to Navy Pier and walkable to the river and other downtown sightseeing spots. The driveway for drop offs was confusing when it was busy. Three access points with no directional signs.

Great location on Lake Shore Dr. with easy walking distance to Navy Pier and downtown shopping and sites. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at the Wade again for sure.

The location and the lake view. The extra security lock on the door didn't work. The overall faculty was worn down and scuffed and dented furniture, walls and doors.

Got a lakeside view, room was great. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

The service was great. We arrived from a red eye around 7am to drop our luggage off at the bag check. Kuek at the front desk was great help. He checked to see if our room was ready and it was. He gave us an early check in. Location is great. Short walks to bus stops or train stops

Brilliant location for the Chicago Marathon

Fantastic modern and clean Poor lighting in the bedrooms. Noisy air con.
