Breakfast buffet was great. Convenient and clean and rusticly cute.

Good location. Only few min drive from the park entrance. Good breakfast and nice gift shop. The room is dated but is clean.

Breakfast was meh… It’s a buffet. Go early, it gets crowded. Pizza next door at diner was really good for dinner.

The rooms were old but in decent shape and they were clean. The property was in a great location with convenient access to Bryce. The gift shop and store had a great selection of merchandise, food, and souvenirs. The restaurant was okay for breakfast with the normal selection of hotel items. We did eat dinner the first night. It was horrible. My wife had a sweet potato that was ice cold. Our shrimp seemed like they had been fried several times and our other side items were taken from the buffet. The waiter didn't offer anything to fix it. Overall it was a good stay but the food was subpar. Enjoy!

Busy property, but organized and friendly.

Room seemed dated. When door was shut you could see light through it to the outside
-
Old, weathered hotel. Walls and floors are thin and easy to hear neighbors. Person above me was up all night walking around. Restaurant was OK as best with poor food quality. Staff service was fine.
-
Our room was quite large. We were pleased that we were allowed to take the breakfast buffet to go so we could catch the sunrise at Bryce Canyon
-
It was ok. The rooms are clean and the beds are good. Room service is very good. Somewhat inattentive to maintenance outside of the room IMO.
-
Well it is a 5 star resort nothing negative all positive

This Best Western was old and in need of updating. We tried 2 rooms and the musty/mold smell was overpowering to the point that we stayed elsewhere. This is an unusual experience for us. Disappointing for sure.

The water control in the Bath/shower was messed up. Where marked cold it was actually scalding hot. And the jets did not work in the tub. Obvious it had been that way for a while. Also signage to get back to the lobby from the back of the hotel was lacking. Met two older men at different times that were lost and searching all doors looking for the way back to the front of the hotel and the lobby. Also as an artist I was disturbed to not see original art in the "art gallery"! Just prints and AI prints on top of that! There are too many fantastic Artists who would love to have their paintings featured there. Real paintings not prints!

Everyone was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant buffet was very good too. THE place to stay for Bryce.
-
Restaurant had buffet as main option. Food was good! Baked chicken was excellent! Breakfast was good. Company town so not a lot of options.
-
This is a great place to stay near Bryce Canyon National Park. I have no complaints. I gave it four stars because it is a pretty basic hotel. Nothing big or fancy. But everything worked well. It felt quiet and safe and confortable. I would stay here again.

The water heat in the shower was very low :( otherwise great stay!
