Hampton Inn & Suites Bradenton Downtown Historic District

Beautiful property close to the water and great restaurants! They are going through a remodel and the elevators and some areas were not presentable. However, I can’t wait until that phase is complete. Will definitely visit again. The staff at the Front Desk was outstanding!

There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, but it was advertised that there were those items. Also, the A/C struggled during the day even with the curtains closed. The water pressure was very low in the shower. The team was excellent they were very efficient and the hotel was beautiful.

Hot breakfast is the standard low-budget hotel fare: unappetizing and frankly not worth eating.

Property is amazing and so cool. Love that they incorporated the old with the new. Super close to the water. Quiet and safe. Staff was awesome and helpful. Historic features and well worth the price.

Great location in downtown Bradenton. Ample and free parking for guests on site. Within walking distance to many downtown restaurants as well as the marina, chamber of commerce, and other local Bradenton attractions. Its a lovely restored historic hotel. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Room clean and bed comfortable.

Breakfast hours should be extended to 10:30. At 5 to 10am the servers were taking out everything they could from the buffet.

Helpful staff and clean room. Surprisingly good breakfast! The room A/C unit was condensing, causing water to drip from the overhead vent.

This modern hotel is in a beautiful historic building. I was absolutely thrilled with the original features they preserved, like the flooring and woodwork in the lobby and some of the original elevator hardware on display. The staff was fantastic and the room was clean and comfortable. I was disappointed with the little bit of history the staff was able to give but was glad to have something. The room was however, a bit worn with pulls in the bedding and the hem coming down from the curtains. As a a matter of fact, I tripped coming in from the balcony because my foot caught the torn hem. The breakfast, while plentiful, was poor quality and not hot. We ate there once out of 3 mornings. For the price, and because of the preserved history and the location we were happy enough to stay. A few things could be improved but we were comfortable.
