Garner Hotel Augusta West by IHG

Joseph at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice. I have stayed at many hotels and this one has the best coffee.

Comfortable beds room was clean. The staff was friendly.

The room was exceptionally clean, definitely a 10/10 experience. I would certainly stay here again. Everything was perfect!

The "king size" bed was puny. I'm average size but I had to lie diagonally to lay out fully

Good location, super clean, nice amenities, front desk staff was amazing Housekeeping knocking on doors 2 hours before checkout. We had late checkout so this happened multiple times.The bed creaked terribly. Any movement made the bed make an awful mechanical creaking.

The property was not very well maintained. Broken doors and trash at the entrances. The room was very gloomy and air conditioning system was very noisy. Do not recommend for any stay over one night.

We were there for a short time - got there late at night and left bright and early - but staff was readily available and super friendly. A short drive to the Augusta Riverwalk in the morning to cheer on the Ironman! We thought we'd miss breakfast but it was set a little early so we could do a grab-and-go. Can't think of anything.

If going down on the elevator you had to press up in order for the elevator to come to your floor,elevator doors definitely need some work

It was very convenient and staff was helpful Paper thin walls and lots of highway noise.

Where I needed to go in relation to this hotel was good. That’s about it. My shower was dirty. Multiple areas on the tiles were dirty. Didn’t shower until the morning. I had an early morning clock out time so I couldn’t wait. Hotel needs a deep cleaner. They should probably implement spot checks behind cleaning staff.
