Was very nice and clean will be back again

Good hotel for solo travel with a pinch of luxury! Just wish it had a hot tub in addition to a pool!

We love the location of this Marriott near restaurants and shopping. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing we didn't care for was the location of the room which faced the I-40 freeway. It was noisy and the vent did not drown out the noise. Next time I will ask foe a room that faces the quiet side of the street.

Clean room, staff

Room was dirty. The sheets were dirty It had a black stain. I complained nobody fixed nothing was told since I booked through 3rd party they could no do anything about it.

Our stay was fantastic. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Hot water and good water pressure. Staff was helpful. Room service was a plus! The views from our 9th floor were great. Indoor /outdoor pool. Can’t wait to stay again.

AC in the room was non existent. Horrible!

Nothing The staff

The staff was amazing and did their best to accommodate the Balloon Festival crowd. We ended up having to check in after the evening event on the night that we arrived due to so many people checking out late. They stored our luggage and were cheerful even at 10 pm. True professionals. I’m not complaining, but it would be nice to work out a deal with the Balloon Fiesta transportation company to have a bus bring visitors from the mall directly to the hotel, especially after the evening events. The street lighting between the parking lot and the hotel (15 min walk) is not great, and after an evening of walking all over the balloon park, we were pretty tired. Lots of parents were carrying their kids who were asleep along with chairs, etc.

The view!

The tile in the pool could have been cleaner, but it was still pleasant to swim outside in October. My main complaint is that the toilet in our bathroom was too low! My guess is that the last time the hotel was remodeled, they neglected to replace the sub-floor and just tiled around the toilet. Maybe I should have booked a room with accommodations!

Hotel staff was kind of lack luster but the property was very nice

Balloon fest — very busy and the elevator was broken. No queen beds but double beds. Bathroom fogged as no exhaust fan. Not friendly person at desk at check in. Can’t have cot in room with double beds. Pool looked great. Still haven’t gotten my refund from deposit made as used debit card. Free coffee but have to pay for breakfast . Not impressed

We booked a king bed and ended up with 2 small queens, very crowded rooms but clean and wonderful staff.
-
I believe I signed up for 2 Queen size beds. We were actually given a Queen size bed, and a sleeper sofa. The hotel staff said that since I signed up through Expedia, they couldn't guarantee/honor what I requested through a "third-party site"! ... Not happy about that! 🙁

The room smells bad. Smells like mold and old.

Staff was exceptional, very clean hotel. Gift shop was great. Elevators, 1 was down. There was fruit by coffee the first day, awesome. The second day, fruit bowl empty.
